Returns
If You want to return a single article, You can exercise your right to cancellation within 30 (thirty) days.
Please notice that you are responsible for the direct costs of the return delivery.
Please pack the goods carefully to avoid transport damages, preferably by using the original packaging for this. To help us to process your return quickly, please ensure that the returned goods are sent with accessories and labels.
Thank you for your understanding that we cannot offer any exchanges. If you want an article in a different colour/shade or size (e.g., in case you ordered CAD CAM blocks or discs), please place a new order.
Please bear in mind that standard return shipments can take several working days to arrive at our warehouse in Latvia.
We recommend that you retain the original postage receipt. In the rare case that a parcel gets lost in the return process, this is necessary to track the missing parcel down.
